From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Red Line to Fullerton, hoof it two blocks South to Webster, Kelly’s is right next to the L tracks, like Party Central, except much closer.

From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to California, hoof it a block and half North to Fullerton, take the Fullerton #74 bus East to Sheffield, hoof it two blocks South to Webster, Kelly’s is right next to the L tracks.

Driving

Hop into your hooptie whilst dodging Chicago’s ever-increasing supply of potholes and cruise to the intersection of Sheffield and Webster. Look for whatever parking you can find tho not much is good around there. Side streets are Zone 143 Permit after 6pm. If you wish to drive you are in luck Kelly’s has parking next to the building under the el. Best way to access this is to use Sheffield if going north turn right in the alley right before you see Webster. Make a left under the EL and park your car. If you are cumming from the North Cross Webster and make an immediate left into the alley and park under the el on the left side. CARS MUST BE MOVED by MIDNIGHT!!!

This year I’m taking the Hash right to the front door of one of Chicago’s most spectacular Summer Street Festivals – the 27th Annual Taste of Lincoln Avenue which is literally around the corner from my old condo on Fullerton, where I used to have parties before the SkyDeck.
$8 hash cash will include at least a keg’s worth of beer and BBQ after the run for the on-in and after that those interested are welcome to join us at the fest later on. I believe admission to the fest is $7 before 3pm (get a hand stamp for later) and $10 after. We’ll be there most of the afternoon after the run so you may wish to bring a folding lawn chair to sit on as the people watching will be exceptional due to us being between the L and the fest!

Parking is really gonna suck because of the fest but you can either feed the meters on Fullerotn or shoot for some on street spaces around Jonquil Park at Wrightwood or up Racine to the West. All other side street are Zone 143 resident permit after 6pm which is a $60 ticket!

CH3 MM Meeting 7/21- 7pm @ Lion Head

Hey ya wanks,
It’s been a while since we’ve had a MisManagement meeting, so I figure tomorrow is as good a time as any to have one.

The meeting will be at Lion Head Pub (2251 N. Lincoln) at 7pm on July 21.

Here are a few things I have in mind for the agenda so far:

- I still have Anthrax shirts for some reason. If you or someone you know HAS NOT picked theirs up, I’ll be selling it.
- We bought extra PoP mugs in honor of the 10th anniversary. The left over ones will be sold for $5 each.
- CH3 and TH3 teamed up to create a new moisture wicking shirt. These are currently on sale for $18.
Open dates for upcoming hashes.
We need a back up RA.

This is all I have so far as no one has brought any other issues to my attention. If you have anything you’d like me to consider discussing shoot me an email and we’ll figure something out.

Note our usual drinking practice specials – free food buffet 4-7pm, $2 domestic bottles and $2.75 beer of the month will be available also.
