From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to Addison, Addison 152 bus East to Clark and then SouthEast on Clark to da bar.

Driving :(

Hop into your hooptie and schlep your sled to Clark between Newport and Roscoe. Parking in this hood will be more than its usual horrific as the Cubs are playing Houston at 8:05. Good luck with that and let us know how that goes.
