Friday, December 28th is Indyscent’s annual pub crawl hared by the trifecta…OP, CNo, and CSource, this year taking place downtown on Friday, Dec. 28, beginning at 7 pm – more fun than you can shake a stick at. Just remember, what goes on in Indy stays in Indy… ’nuff said.
At least two of us will be driving to Indy & back but traveling separately*- The "Chickenbus" will be leaving Lincoln Park @ around 1pm Friday (school’s out so he’s leaving earlier) while the "Fujibus" will be departing Northbrook/Glenview between 3-4pm (he has to work that day but since the boss is out he’s next in command so will likely declare and early day for the staff). Contact either if you’d like to share a ride, note space is limited.
* CH3 policy limits the number of senior executives of The Company who may travel together to limit potential disruption to the Senior Management Succession Plan in the event something unfortunate were to happen to the CH3 corporate jet.
There are nearby hotels at the Days Inn and Hampton Inn…or cab rides are on approximately $20 to anywhere in Indy. This is the best deal in town!!

Update 12/23:
We have 32 and counting for this year’s Pub Crawl extraordinaire. If you have not signed up, please do. The more that sign up, the more beer everyone gets. Just thought I would give some details for those who have never gone to a hash pub crawl before, or those who don’t remember the ones they have been to.
1. There will be a trail laid, so this will count as a hash. But, you do not have to wear hash attire. Wear your regular bar clothes. Please bring your lanyards, as tags will be given out. We will be having a circle at some point as well.
2. Bring cash to the event as that is what we will be using to pay the bars. Again, it’s $20 per person. For that you NOW will get 7ish beers and free appetizers at 2 bars.
3. The starting point is Andrus O’Reilley’s located at 36 S. Pennsylvania (corner of Pennsylvania and Maryland). There is some street parking and lots around. There is no Pacer game that night, so it should not be that bad. If you are going to stay downtown, the Days Inn on Washington and Hampton Inn on Meridian/Maryland are the closest to the end location.
4. We will be bringing our new lanyards in Colts blue colors to sell for $5 along with a limited number of whistles. For those who are getting their first tag at Pub Crawl, bring extra money so you can proudly display it on your new Indyscent lanyard.

Second bar: Legal Beagle. The bar for those who have or have not passed the bar or passed out under the bar.
Third bar: THE PUB beside Conseco Fieldhouse. More free food — unlimited. Plus at least 3 free rounds and drink specials continuing into the night.
Fourth bar +: ???? who knows??? Red Garter, anybody?
For $20, you will get 6 beers (at least) and unlimited food at the first and last bar, plus beer and well drink specials at the Pub until they close…these places were actually excited to see usback…wow have we got them fooled!
Please bring cash to the event and not check, as we will be paying as we go.
Downtown Days Inn and Hampton Inn are affordable hotels nearby for visiting hashers. With advance notice, we can also try to dupe IndyScenters into providing crash space.
Remember — the more hashers that sign up, the more free beer at least 2 of these bars are willing to give us.
This is the best deal in town!! Mark you calendars!!!

I just wanted to write and inform you about the events at the Las Vegas Hash.
On Friday November 30th, 2007 the Las Vegas (Viva Las Vegas!!!) Hash House Harriers will be having their Red Dress Run.
On Sunday December 2nd, 2007 the city of Las Vegas will be having a Marathon and Half-Marathon on the strip.
So party in a Red Dress all night Friday and Saturday morning, go to bed… sleep all day Saturday and then wake up and run a half or full marathon. It does not get any better does it? The Hash will also be having a Beer Stop at the Marathon

Cost: $30.00 before November 15th and includes beer, give-away bag with hash apparel, beer, a gay time, Jell-O shots, dinner, beer, a damn fine run, and beer.
Price after Nov. 15th is $50.00. Limited to 150 spaces. Take pride, sign up early! Proceeds will go to local Las Vegas charity: Empty Nest. There is no hash hotel. The nearest large/hotel/casino is the Stratosphere. Other close, and cheaper, rooms are in teh downtown area (Fremont Experience).

All the food you can eat and the beer/liquor you can drink from Friday night to Sunday morning. Long-sleeve, baseball style t-shirt favor commemorating the weekend.

Hash led by Money $hot and Lawrence of the L. with a beer check cooler erupting with thirst-quenching beer.
Dinner at Jody’s 19th Hole (who said hole) — pizza and wonderful greasy food to coat your stomach … plus entertainment like you have never experienced outside of Bangkok. Did we mention ANOTHER KEG at the bar? PLUS, the world-famous Costume Contest with incredible prizes and revealing outfits and feats of hashing drunkeness. Plus maybe this year a shuttle.

Continental breakfast; C-Source and Scissor Slut’s Sunday Fat Boy hash; finishing up all the booze; driving home.

A community of several cabins 10 minutes south of French Lick on Patoka Lake. Cabins each sleep 6 in double beds (the Lodge, which will be party HQ for the weekend, sleeps 6 in single beds in a loft area and has a double bed downstairs); each cabin has a full kitchen and bathrooms! The property also has several trails and abuts (hee hee) Patoka Lake.
Sleeping accommodations are first paid-first choice… that is, requests for a specific bed, cabin, bedmate, roommates, etc. will be prioritized according to the date on which your payment is received. The first 42 to sign up get dibs in case we come close to selling out (we have option of tent camping if we get that many interested).
HOW MUCH: The cost for the ENTIRE weekend is $125. The registration fee also includes food, beer, parties, beer, games, more beer, give-a-ways, and more for the weekend. Did I mention your beer was included?
*** The first six solo guys who want to volunteer to stay in the upstairs loft in the Lodge will receive a $20 discount and will pay $105 for the weekend. Indicate this preference on your sign-up and/or let DF know.
