11/11/07 - Mismanagement Highlights
Thanks to all of those people who showed up or submitted information.
Present: Chicken Stiffer-GM, It's too Soft- WEB Master, Mouthful of Meat-Hare Razor, Just Rob, Horn-E, Rotten Whore, Lifa and Bloody Thighs
Budget-
1. After yesterdays meeting the CH3 has $1219in the bank.
2. We have made $500 so far from t-shirt sales. $750 in 2 years.
3. NO HASH TAX HAS BEEN COLLECTED FOR 3 MONTHS
ANTHRAX hash-DEC. 14-16
1. We have numerous Visitors cumming in over 40 hashers have paid already.
2. Main hash date is Dec. 15 with a pub-crawl the nigh before.
CALENDAR-
1. HASH BALL IS MARCH 1st save the date!!
2. Nov. 17th is BONER PARTY
3. DEC. 28th pub crawl in INDY
4. Jan. 19th is 500th hash in CINCINNATI
5. MARCH 15th is GREEN DRESS in St. Louis!
6. Memorial Day Hash is SUNDAY May 25,2008
7. Election nominations and voting will be Jan.-Feb. Each Hasher will get one vote per each hash attended during the year

1. ITS Too Soft is putting out the CH3 hareline.
2. Its Too Soft will work with Just Chris in making a new webpage designed to be more interactive for hashers. This page should be up before ANTHRAX!!
Haberdashery-
1. Order went in for new shirts.
2. Try and dri-knit shirts
3. If you have a T-shirt idea submit it and we can make a shirt out of it.
Hash Ball-
MARCH 1st, 2008 run by Rotten Whore and we are looking to have it at the Evanston American Legion Post. Could be very cheap

1. Calvin wants to introduce one new song to the hash a month so please learn it.
New Business
1. Mismanagement listened to Horn-e’s proposed Chicago 30th Anniversary Weekend, and will discuss it after the ANHRAX hash is over. We have two Chicago major events to focus on before the proposed 30th date (6th Anthr@x and Memorial Day Hash) and also one shortly thereafter (PoP 
and as the Chicago HHH, Chicago HHH are obviously the first priority of MisManagement but will consider supporting other hashes' efforts on a resources available basis.

Mismanagement Highlights

Budget-
1. After yesterdays meeting the CH3 has $1779 in the bank.
2. We have made $423 so far from t-shirt sales. $750 in 2 years.
3. We wish to cap hash cash at $1500. Will easily be done by buying more haberdashery.
1500 hash
1. We have numerous virgins cumming from the 1500 and hashing with us Just Corinne came and hashed last Thirstday hash and Just John and his 2 Cousins hashed as well on Monday, Just Allan and Just Steve have also hashed and come out for movie night. Great job on retaining those Virgins from 1500!!!!
2. The CH3 raised $850 for the CPD Memorial Fund please come out Friday for free beer at Duffy's when we present this check to a CPD representative.
Calendar-
1. The CH3 decided on Feb. 11, 2007 to make Sept. 30 the first Sunday hash, otherwise there would be no CH3 hash for 13 days.
2. The CH3 on May 8, 2007 decided to hash on Sunday Sept. 2, 2007 for Labor Day weekend at ITS TOO SOFTS party central.
3. Anthrax Hash will be Dec. 15, 2007 unfortunately it conflicts with another hash but it is unavoidable because each Saturday in December is already claimed by one hash or another.
4. Inter-Indiana Hash is Sept. 8-9 in West Layfayette
5. TH3 Pink Dress Hash is Sept. 27

2. We have found the RA robes and will use them on special occasions.
POP
1. Two groups of Ladies wanted to see POP run and not die out. I'm happy to see so many Ladies wishing to step up and volunteer.
2. POP will run on OCT. 13, 2007 so save the date.
3. The major players will be Salted Gash, PACKhER ARSE, Just Carrie, and Just Lauren.

6/6/07 Chicago Mismanagement Personnel Announcements

It is with sadness that I announce that Rear Loader has announced his intention to relinquish his mismanagement position and step down as Hareraiser for the Chicago Hash House Harriers to spend more time with his family and focus more of his efforts running the TH3 Hash group and spearhead development of fellow Axis of Evil affiliate hashes. On behalf of the Kennel of the Chicago Hash House Harriers I would like to personally thank Rear Loader for his contributions to the Chicago hash over the years and encourage hashers to come out when he sets trail 6/18/07 and thank him personally for all of the time he has contributed to our hash.
Based on our established Management Succession and Development program, it is with great pleasure that I announce that Batteries Not Included and Mouthful of Meat will be promoted the position of hareraiser for the CH3, replacing Rear Loader. Timetable is to complete this transition within the next week or so, in the meantime, we would appreciate your understanding during this transitional period.
As part of our ongoing restructuring efforts to streamline processes, reduce functional silos, drive out unnecessary costs and better align our corporate communications efforts with end-user client needs, the responsibility for the publication of the CH3 Hareline E-Mail will be now be consolidated with our existing Internet and Electronic Media Division, headed by our very own It's Too Soft who currently runs both our website and digicam hash flash operations and has had previous communications experience as Deputy Assistant to the Information Minister of Iraq (until March 20, 2003). I welcome them to their mismanagement positions and hope to work with them in keeping the CH3 stocked with hares and updated harelines.
[Please be advised that despite this change, electrons will continue to be sourced from Exelon subsidiary ComEd honoring our existing long-term supply agreements.]
Please also note that due to ongoing technology platform backwards incompatibility issues, the CH3 Telephone Hotline will remain under the auspices of the CH3 Analog Communications Division as a standalone profit center, headed by Peterbuilt who also maintains a dual role as Special Consultant For Site-Prepared Foodservice Operations. Long term plans to integrate analog and digital operations pending "last mile" build-out of high speed fiber op in the Fall of 2032 have already been released in a separate announcement.
Finally, in demonstration of Mismanagement's receptiveness to feedback from the Kennel and other key stakeholders, I would also like to announce that I have now also appointed all of members of the CH3 Mismangement as moderators of the CH3 yahoo group. They include Senior Vice President of The Weather Calvin Klein, newly promoted Hare Raisers Batteries and Mouthful of Meat, and Consigliere of Communications Its too Soft. They will have the ability to approve pending messages for you when I am away on vacation this summer and unable to check the Yahoo group, or share the blame if the content of your post conflicts with one of the 10,000 other hashes in Chicago and causes Horn-E to become upset.
I hope to see you at the Hash this Monday 6/11/07 at Beaumont's 2020 N Halsted, 7pm. This hash will be a goodbye hash for Pussy Galore and I hope she shows.

5/8/07 – Chicago HHH Mismanagement Highlights
Highlights from Mismanagement
Prior to Mismanagement the 1500 Committee met at 7:30 pm and discussed issues
pertaining to the 1500th hash. Milk, Mouthful, Chicken, Its too Soft.
1. The hares will be Milk-My-Yak, Calvin, and Virtually Hung
2. The Committee approved the purchase of a special gift for 1500. ($341)
3. The Committee approved the deposit of $200 for transportation.
4. The Committee approved the use of Browns Chicken Catering for Hash.
5. We will be looking for volunteers to help with visitor coordination and t-shirt design.
6. The hares of been instructed to work with POP and set trails for walkers and runners.
But shouldn't we have a marathon on July 21st?
Mismanagement meeting

-We have $854 in hash cash with the mismanagement approved the 1500th report - Keep Hash Tax at $1/person $6 total. The hash passed the Budget proposal.
Calendar
-Memorial Day Hash will be May 27 SUNDAY.
-First Fall Sunday hash will be Sept. 30 otherwise hash will not happen for 2 weeks.
-ANTHRAX HASH will be moved to Saturday Dec. 16th (maybe this year it will be –200) These ideas were passed
1500 Hash- JULY 21st at Weeds 1555 N. Dayton
- $35 before June 1st $40 after but before July 1st, $40 before Jul 21st NO SHIRT.
Hareraiser-Rearload er
-The hash decided in Feb. that the any Hash or Hasher may collect e-mails or phone numbers of Virgins at the Chicago Hash as long as this contact information is for information purposes only. If any Hash or Hasher cannot abide by this policy then the Chicago Hash respectfully asks that you do not collect contact information from any Virgins at the Chicago Hash. The CH3 does not feel it is in the best interest of hashing to put out negative ideas or messages to Virgin Hashers, which seems to be turning Virgins off.

Budget
-We have $1648 in actual money, with a goal of turning over $1000+ to the "07" GM.
- Spend $300 for Hashball
- Keep Hash Tax at $1/person. The Budget proposal was passed by the hash.
Calendar
-Memorial Day Hash will be May 27 SUNDAY and Big Dogs on May 26 Saturday.
-First Fall Sunday hash will be Sept. 30 otherwise hash will not happen for 2 weeks.
