From da Hares: We’ll be starting extra early for this one, as the hash will be meeting up with the boys from Tailgate 32 before starting out hangover trail. This will be A to B with transportation for whatever you need to the end.

From da GM: For those who are too hungover from the main event or just too lazy to walk more than five minutes from an El stop to hash, the on-after will be Four Treys (3333 N. Damen) and you’re more than welcome to join us there once we’re done. And no, we won’t be running straight to Four Treys from the tailgate, we’ll be running to an undisclosed El stop, at which point we’ll all take the CTA to the on-after.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Red Line to Roosevelt. Hoof it east over to Michigan Ave and hop on the 3 King Drive Bus heading south. Ride that pony down to 31st St. Hoof it east to Moe Drive. Head north just a touch and you’ll find the entrance to the tailgate parking lot. Look for the Tailgate 32 RV for the start of trail. From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to Jackson. Transfer to the Red Line and then head south to Roosevelt. Hoof it east over to Michigan Ave and hop on the 3 King Drive Bus heading south. Ride that pony down to 31st St. Hoof it east to Moe Drive. Head north just a touch and you’ll find the entrance to the tailgate parking lot. Look for the Tailgate 32 RV for the start of trail.

Driving Hop in your hooptie and cruise to 31st and Moe Drive. Pay out the ass for Bears tailgating parking.

From da GM: This is it, the main event. We’ll have an especially shitty trail through the heart of downtown Chicago, awesome food, a t-shirt, tag, and hazmat suit, and the bar all to ourselves for this event.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Brown Line to Quincy/Wells. Head downstairs and hoof it South on Wells to the bar. From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to LaSalle. Head upstairs and hoof it West on Congress to Wells and then North to the bar.

Driving Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Wells and Congress. There might be parking, but let’s be honest, you’re not driving to this one.

Venue: Irish Eyes – 2519 N. Lincoln Ave

Hash Cash: $25

From da Hares: We have two trail options for you – you can choose from a typical Chicago trail with two beer stops, or you can choose a pub crawl trail with pre-arranged drink specials. Both groups will then meet up at the on-in for several hours of drinking and debauchery. Both of these options are A-B and your bags and all other necessities will be transported for you.

From da GM: For those possibly coming into town late, have other obligations earlier in the evening, or inclined to get lost on trail when a city uses a freaking grid system – this hash will be winding up at the O’Malley’s West (2249 N. Lincoln Ave) just down the street from Irish Eyes. We’ll have the upstairs to ourselves starting at 10PM and have beer and food available. Don’t be afraid to join us later if you can.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Brown Line to Diversey. Hoof it South on Sheffield and then turn South on Lincoln. Bar will be on the East side of the street. From Wicker Park/Bucktown: 73 Armitage Bus East to the Armitage Brown Line. Transfer to the El and take the Brown Line North to Diversey. Hoof it South on Sheffield and then turn South on Lincoln. Bar will be on the East side of the street.

Driving Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Lincoln and Lill. This is an A to B trail and this is Lincoln Park, so you’ve going to have to walk back to your car to feed the meter.

From da GM: This year the Chicago Hash House Harriers are pulling out all of the stops in order to provide you with a truly memorable hashing experience in celebration of the Tenth Annual Great Chicago Anthrax Scare & Santa Hat Run. Working in conjunction with Thirstday H3, Bushman H3, and Second City H3, the Chicago Hash House Harriers are proud to present four days, six trails, and one great city.

This is it, the main event.

Join us in donning Santa hats as we run around the Lincoln Park and Old Town neighborhoods of Chicago. We’ll have trails for both runners and walkers as veteran Chicago hare R Tard E is joined by Licker Leash and WJew40 for what will certainly be a especially shitty trail (rumor has it that they’ve been planning this trail for months, so you wankers better try extra hard to spoil it for them).

Your rego gets you an event tag, an event bag, a private party at Burton’s Place in a private room, and an epic circle. Rego early to save yourself some cash and ensure that you’ll get the giveaways.

As an added bonus, we’ll have Anthrax hoodies for sale for the low price of $20 (image at right). These are not included in your rego, as we decided to give away bags but then found out there was a huge demand for another, more traditional, give away. There may be other shirts, and the new patches and keychains may be in by then as well, so bring your wallets and stock up on Haberdashery – they make great stocking stuffers for your Hash Mistress.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Hop aboard the Brown Line and ride on down to the Sedgewick stop – walk North to … North, then head East to Wells. Turn South and walk half a block and the bar is on the East side of the street.
From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Get on the 72 North Ave Bus heading East. Stay on the bus until you get to Wells. Exit the bus, turn South, and walk half a block and the bar is on the East side of the street.

Driving Don’t kid yourself, you’re not driving to this disaster because you know there’s no way you’d be able to drive home. Also, you can’t leave your car in this neighborhood without getting a ticket, so don’t even think about it.

From da GM: From a the classic hash bar Hidden Shamrock (2723 N. Halsted) we have a group of super-secret hares planning a trail that is sure to wake you up, work off your hangover, and make you thirsty for more booze. Trail is probably going to be especially shitty and circle will probably be especially long, so bring all of your favorite songs. I’d tell you more, but then I’d have to kill you.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Hop on the 8 Halsted bus and take it to Diversey. Bar is a few doors South on Halsted from the corner on the East side fo the street.
From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Take the 72 North Ave bus over to Halsted. Transfer to the 8 Halsted bus and ride it North to Diversey. Bar is a few doors South on Halsted from the corner on the East side fo the street.
