And now its time for the reason for the season. Memorial Day returns as we’ll meet up at O’Lanagan’s before setting out on trail. Show up early and show some support for this, one of our favorite hash bars.

Virgin Banger and his band of merry men will be responsible for this especially shitty trail, one that promises multiple beer stops sponsored by two of our favorite local breweries Half Acre and Metropolitan. Our on-in will once again be at the history DANK Haus and we’ll have food, circle, and our beer will be brought to you by another Chicago favorite, Goose Island.

Be sure to rego before May 14th to save yourself some cash and ensure that you get some awesome swag in the form of a tag and a shirt.

Environmentally-Friendly Public Transit From Lincoln Park/Lakeview: Take the Brown Line up to Western. Head downstairs and hoof it South to Montrose. At Montrose turn East and walk a block to Claremont – bar is on the corner across from the park. From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Take the Blue Line to Western. Head downstairs and transfer to the 49 Western bus heading North. Ride the puppy to Montrose. Jump off the bus and walk a block East to Claremont – bar is on the corner across from the park.

Driving Hop in your hooptie and cruise to Claremont and Montrose. Kiss your license and possibly your life and other’s lives goodbye if you think you’ll be able to drive home from this sucker.
