Mismanagement Highlights

Thanks to all of those people who showed up or submitted information.
Present: Chicken Stiffer-GM, Calvin Klein-RA, It’s too Soft- WEB Master, Batteries Not Included-Hare Razor, Mouthful of Meat-Hare Razor, Just Chris, Horn-E, and Mudsucker

Budget-
1. After yesterdays meeting the CH3 has $1779 in the bank.
2. We have made $423 so far from t-shirt sales. $750 in 2 years.
3. We wish to cap hash cash at $1500. Will easily be done by buying more haberdashery.

1500 hash
1. We have numerous virgins cumming from the 1500 and hashing with us Just Corinne came and hashed last Thirstday hash and Just John and his 2 Cousins hashed as well on Monday, Just Allan and Just Steve have also hashed and come out for movie night. Great job on retaining those Virgins from 1500!!!!
2. The CH3 raised $850 for the CPD Memorial Fund please come out Friday for free beer at Duffy’s when we present this check to a CPD representative.

Calendar-
1. The CH3 decided on Feb. 11, 2007 to make Sept. 30 the first Sunday hash, otherwise there would be no CH3 hash for 13 days.
2. The CH3 on May 8, 2007 decided to hash on Sunday Sept. 2, 2007 for Labor Day weekend at ITS TOO SOFTS party central.
3. Anthrax Hash will be Dec. 15, 2007 unfortunately it conflicts with another hash but it is unavoidable because each Saturday in December is already claimed by one hash or another.
4. Inter-Indiana Hash is Sept. 8-9 in West Layfayette
5. TH3 Pink Dress Hash is Sept. 27

HARE RAZOR – Batteires and Mouthful
1. Looking for a hare on August 27.
2. Nice job keeping us with hares

WEB-DUDE SOCIAL DUDE.
1. ITS Too Soft is putting out the CH3 hareline.
2. Its Too Soft will work with Just Chris in making a new webpage designed to be more interactive for hashers.

Haberdashery-
1. With all the extra cash I will be placing orders for things like dri-knit, Socks, running
pants etc. so we can have new items to buy or sell to visitors
2. Have 19 shirts and about the same amount of bags left.

HashBall- Could use a volunteer here!

RA’s
1. Calvin wants to introduce one new song to the hash a month so please learn it.
2. We have found the RA robes and will use them on special occasions.

POP
1. Two groups of Ladies wanted to see POP run and not die out. I’m happy to see so many Ladies wishing to step up and volunteer.
2. POP will run on OCT. 13, 2007 so save the date.
3. The major players will be Salted Gash, PACKhER ARSE, Just Carrie, and Just Lauren.
