From the Lincoln Park/Lakeview "Green Zone": Red Line to Fullerton, hoof it a few blocks North to Wrightwood and then West just past Lakewood before Southport.
From Wicker Park/Bucktown: Blue Line to California, Fullerton 74 bus East to Southport, hoof it a few blocks North to Wrightwood and then East just before Lakewood.
Driving 
Hop into your hooptie and schlep your sled to Wrightwood between Southport and Lakewood.
